What’s the difference between the braces found on your website and other similar looking versions found online?
Our medical grade splints and braces are designed or chosen by an Occupational Therapist who specializes in treating hand conditions. Most products and materials are sourced in the USA.
Is there Latex in your products?
No natural rubber latex is used in our products or packaging.
How long do I have to wear my brace or splint before I feel better?
The duration for wearing a brace or splint varies depending on your condition and its severity. Remember that healing doesn't happen overnight. We suggest consulting with your healthcare provider before making your purchase.
Where do I find sizing instructions?
Sizing instructions can be found on the Sizing Tab on each product page for details.
Why is buying the right size brace important?
Just like taking medications correctly, braces and splints need to fit well and be worn correctly. We suggest consulting your healthcare provider regarding braces and splints found on our website for the ideal fit and optimal support.
What do I do if I buy the wrong size?
We offer a 30 day return on most UNUSED products with the original packaging. See our Return FAQs for information.
How long will my brace last?
The lifespan of your brace depends on how you’ll be wearing it and what you are doing while wearing it. Following instructions on the Wear & Care Tab on each product page will help maximize the life of your splint.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, PayPal and HSA/FSA cards.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed Mon-Fri and generally can’t be changed or canceled. Please review your order before submitting.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Does insurance cover the cost of the brace?
Please contact your insurance company to inquire if they will reimburse your purchase. As we are not healthccare providers, we are unable to file insurance claims.
Is a prescription needed to purchase?
A prescription is not necessary to purchase our products. Please consult with your healthcare provider to determine if our products are right for your health concern.
Do I need to set up an account?
You are not required to create an account but creating an account allows for faster checkouts and easy returns. To receive order confirmation and shipping updates, you will be asked for your email during checkout, providing your email will not create an account.
