3pp® Ez FIT Thumb Spica Splint

I have tried a lot of splints and I have been using this every night since December and it has minimized the pain I have in the morning. I have small hands so this works well for me.

I recently found my thumb diagnosis from the doctor and googled it and found this brace. Previously, I had had a cheaper brace from Amazon, but this one is much better suited for the condition. I am quite impressed. It works well. Nice that it can be used on either hand.

This gives great stability to my thumb joint. I have a hard time lifting with my right hand and this brave makes it much less painful. I need another one!

I bought this splint back in 2021 and still use it to this day. I'm 5'1" with small joints, so I can't speak for everyone, but this splint was DEFINITELY worth my $30. Pros: Firm stabilization, not too cumbersome, fits through most long sleeved shirts-- I even wear this splint to bed when the pain is bad. I came back to this website looking for a back brace and ended up writing this review! Cons: The Velcro straps' strength wears out over time (like, a year with moderate washing) but it's still usable because it's mostly around the thumb loop. TLDR; ABSOLUTELY worth it for small hands. Awesome health investment!

I have De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. I have been wearing my brace for a week, and I am so glad that I ordered it. It helps so much with the pain. I wear it to bed at night and during the day unless I am cooking or doing anything when my hands will be in water. It's comfortable and is made well. I highly recommend it.

This is my third splint. One is for the thumb only, okay but lacking wrist support. "Too small." Another has thick, padded thumb and wrist support, great to wear overnight but very cumbersome otherwise. "Too big." This one is "just right." Good support without being too bulky. Love that it is gray, not black, for a more understated look when I wear it out-and-about. I can even still wear my watch (but no promise that you can, too...). Also, I'm left-handed and was skeptical of the claim that it would fit either hand. But it fits me fine! I hardly ever write reviews, but felt this warranted one. Highly recommend!!!

I bought this to help with de quervain's after getting a bulky wrist brace from the doctor. This was a lot more breathable, which meant that I wore it more and was comfortable sleeping in it. It was fairly simple to mold the metal to fit my wrist better. My only quibble is that the velcro is not as sturdy as it could be, and sometimes it comes loose when I first do it up. Overall, I think it was worth the money and has been very helpful

I'm so glad I came across the ad Ohmyarthritis. I had been looking for a good support for my osteoarthritis in my thumbs. Thank you Ohmyarthritis. You are a blessing to me. I recommend this to other suffering from arthritis.

My Hand PT therapist advised me to by this for tendonitis. 3-point support is what works best if you need do truly immobilize your wrist and thumb — comfortable, adjustable. Velcro holds well after multiple use. I have been in this daily for about 3 weeks now and it still feels and looks like new. My other store-bought, 2-point immobilizer does not hold my wrist so well and the velcro is barely sticking now.

I lost one of my old splints I got while in Physical therapy due to a wildfire. Thankfully one survived I had left in my vehicle. This is my 3rd try to find one that fits nicely, isn’t uncomfortable and I can actually function while wearing it.

I’m a pharmacy tech and due to an increase in volume this winter my tendons flared up. Thank god for this.

It is good at stabilizing the wrist during hand tenosynovitis, gives it support and prevents you from hurting yourself.

Helped me so much better than the one the doctor gave me.

This Thumb Spica Splint definitely helped relieve my thumb pain.

I have arthritis and DeQuervains tendonitis in my thumb and this brace haas been really helpful along with anti inflammatory salves to decrease the pain. I wear it during the day when I am out and about, and take it off at home and when I sleep. I am hopeful that in time this will heal things up nicely. Good Job!

The thumb loop is much too tight and squeezed my thumb. The metal brace was too hard to mold to fit. One size does NOT fit all.

I like having this option for protecting my wrist, thumb and tendon with a bit more flexibility and comfort. This brace does not keep things as immobilized as the rigid plastic splint I got from my physical therapist, but it's great for wearing overnight to be sure I don't sleep in a stressful position. It allows for more finger movement while still keeping my thumb relatively immobilized, and I like the adjustable tension of the straps. The little fabric loop over the thumb is a bit tight at first, but it stretches out over time and feels more comfortable. Sturdy, well made and less bulky than other fabric/velcro options out there.

This brace is great for different size hands. The soft fabric also makes this brace very comfortable. Previously bought another brace at Walgreens but it was too big and ill fitting. Glad I found this one.

Just buy it! This is my third brace for De Quervain's Tenosynovitis and it is really helping the pain- the only brace that did. The fit is customizable so it fits perfectly. I have this brace for both hands and have much more freedom to move and use my fingers when wearing it. Because of the unique design, my hands also feel a lot cooler in this hot weather. I highly recommend this brace!

Didn't feel any benefit other than it reminded me to not use that hand. I tried adjusting it several ways, but it irritated my thumb and wrist. Glad it helps some people.

Enjoying this brace as much as one can in the office to keep cool compared to my other brace. I am using this for De Quervain's Tenosynovitis (tendon pain in my thumb at the wrist). I wish there was some stretch to the straps for a more comfortable fit and sit flat at the pull over points. That would put it at 5 stars.

I have to sleep with braces on both arms. I’ve been searching high and low for braces that can help both De Quervain's Tenosynovitis and Carpal tunnel syndrome. After testing out 10 different braces, these are by far the best. Easy to put on and off, great support, comfortable and it doesn’t make my arms hot. My only feedback is, I wish the thumb had longer Velcro. Try it! It’s worth it.

I have three hand braces and while this is the least comfortable of the three, this one immobilizes the most and is the one I wear when my de quervain's tenosynovitis is very bad and I cannot tolerate any thumb movement at all.

My OT recommended this brace to help stabilize hand joints when engaging in physical duties around the house. It does help reduce sore and aching joints at end of day.

This brace rivals the rigid brace made by the OT I am seeing and is comfortable, easy to use.

I tried so many Dequervains tenosynovitis brace from Amazon I returned all of them except for this one it the best brace ever I work in sleep with it on so comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the velcour around the thumb I just cut that strap off. Other than that I love this brace

I bought this for De Quervain's after trying 2-3 different thumb/wrist braces without improvement. This one is by far the best! It is very easy to apply, lightweight, comfortable, breathable, while offering great thumb/wrist support! I ordered a 2nd one for my other wrist. Very happy with this purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. It’s well made, lightweight and most importantly IT WORKS. It’s made a huge difference in my wrist pain and I’ve only been using it a few days.

The wrist splint is of good quality and it fits well.

The velcro wore out very quickly and now just flops off and releases the brace.

My favorite thing about this brace is that I can wear it with my Fitness Watch!! I use the Apple watch and it fits perfectly between the 2 arm straps. The next best thing is that I can loosely pull on kitchen dish gloves if I need to use the sink. I love not having to unstrap everything just to do a few dishes. I’m ordering another one for my other hand!

Fits well and leaves the rest of the hand mobile.
 

Great brace. After using this one I ordered a second to use on the other hand. Very effective for my tendonitis in my hand and thumb.

As a new mom I kept getting a sharp shooting pain from my thumb down into my wrist, turns out it’s fairly common due to overuse of the thumbs.(Mommy's Thumb)This helped keep my thumb straight so I didn’t overwork it. Highly recommend for mommy thumb & wrist relief

I am using this for de quervains/mommys thumb and it has been a life saver. Light weight, not hot or aggravating to wear and hold my thumb in place a supports my wrist perfectly. No pain when wearing it. Highly recommend 8g you have de quervains.

This splint is great. I had tenditinits is my left thumb, also left handed so it has been difficult. However, this splint enabled me to heal quickly in just a few short weeks. I wore it 24hrs with no problem while sleeping and no velcro catching on my clothes. Very well made.

Looked for a thumb brace for a long time for severe arthritis pain. This does the job. Can't say I can easily use my thumbs when wearing the brace but helps at night.

This thing is a dream! I've only used it for two days, but it works so well so far. It's light weight, has a low profile so it isn't covering your whole arm, the plastic stay along the thumb is comfortable and does not force your thumb into a weird position. It does get a bit sweaty if you're exerting yourself, but that's to be expected. The straps are uncomplicated, though the edges are not finished so there can be some rubbing in the thumb area. Not overly so though. Over all very happy with this brace.

I’ve suffered from ‘Mommy’s thumb’ since November of 2021 and I had a few other braces before getting this one and it was the best. I wish I would have found it sooner! My only complaint is I have small wrists and the straps that go around need more Velcro areas so they can fit smaller wrists. I got creative in wrapping mine and wore it every day/all night. If you have DeQuervains syndrome get this brace!!!!

I strongly recommend this product, having compared it with another design. I have De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. This is the second thumb spica I ordered. The first one, black and of different design, (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JH1VPK7?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) did the job but was uncomfortable and too warm. I wore it several days and bought this one to try out. I much prefer this second one because it fits my wrist better, is less bulky, breaths better (covers less skin), is easier to take on an off (I wash my hands a lot), and doesn't have any uncomfortable exposed rough patches like the black one. Plus the beige color is less obtrusive. I like this second one so much I immediately ordered a backup. The only issue I've had after nearly 2 months of near daily use is the thumb strap on one of the beige ones started to lose its grip on the velcro. The velcro system consists of a "hook" patch only. There is no mating "loop" patch. The soft strap itself grips with the hooks, or at least it used to. The fuzzy surface doesn't grip anymore. I guess the loops in the fabric opened up. Anyway, I discovered I could twist the thumb strap so the other side contacts the velcro "hooks." It probably will wear out at some point and I'll still feel I got my money's worth. Interestingly the strap is even more comfortable around my thumb when twisted.

I have been having an issue with my wrist and thumb for quite awhile. I tried just a wrist brace but I would up using my thumb more, and it made my pain worse. This kept me from bending my wrist AND using my thumb (mostly while scrolling on my phone- which is what started the problem to begin with!) I am in physical therapy now for the issue, but I think if I had this brace sooner I might have avoided it! It does get a little smelly if I exercise/sweat in it, but can be hand washed when needed.

This lightweight yet supportive brace is so helpful for my aching thumb. My only complaint is I didn't buy a second one for the other thumb.

Thumb was very painful and I was unable to hold on to objects ,do my hair etc. I was given a splint by my Dr but it was very cumbersome. I found this thum splint and it was just what I needed. It is very comfortable and gives me mobility but keeps my thumb protected. Good product.

I have damaged my left hand over the years and now my left thumb is bone on bone. This is the only brace that feels comfortable and keeps my thumb stationary. It's also the only one that I can wear overnight in bed with no problems!

I have 2 braces given by Ortho MD…this surpasses them in every way ! Love it!! It’s lightweight but supportive and it allows airflow. It enables me to use my 4 fingers more freely while keeping the thumb stable. I have severe arthritis in my thumb’s CMC joint as well as de Quervain’s tendonitis.

This is my second purchase of this brace. The Velcro wore out after about 9 months, and I starting using tape to keep it on. So…. It was time for a new one. Cost is reasonable, and it provides great comfort.

I found that this is the most comfortable splint I have tried for my De Quervain's. I also have arthritis in my thumb an this splint does not hurt, as others have done. I keep my thumb outside the elastic strap, I can't imagine putting even my skinny thumb inside it.

I am a hand therapist and ordered this for a family member with acute de Quervain's to replace the unacceptable one provided by her hand doc. I like the design a lot, however the interior thumb sling was so tight, I had to remove it, making it non returnable. The aluminum stay is very thick and difficult to reshape; it pressed into the painful area. We could not get her comfortable in it. That piece could be a little thinner and more malleable to better customize the fit. I had to remove it and mold a very thin radial support to be worn under this splint, which made it more comfortable. I really wanted to like this a lot, because it is so open and soft, but may not work for some people if adjustments don't solve the problem.

When doctor advised me to wear a thumbspica brace, I struggled to find one and then to find one that is comfortable. This is the best! It is soft, fairly easy to fasten and allows me use of fingers . Other braces were heavy, hard to fasten with 1 hand and immobilized the hand so I could not type. The only negatives are the thumb strap is too long and gets caught on other clothing and not sure if I am positioning the brace correctly. I could cut the strap but thinking it might fray. Thumbs up for this product.

These are pretty comfy during the day, but the first night I wore them to bed, the thumb elastic cut off circulation to the tip of my thumb, and I woke up to a lot of redness and discomfort. Please work on either lengthening that fixed elastic or making it a bit more stretchy to accommodate all wearers.

We recommend either placing your thumb on top of that strap and then wrap the longer strap around the thumb to hold it in place. I have an inflamed tendon sheath. I really like this one as it gives my fingers more range, covers only part of my arm, and doesn't rub on my knuckles and wrist. In two days of wearing this one I have had more progress than 2+ weeks of my other splint. I clean houses and mobility is important to me. However, I have small hands and the thumb elastic is very tight and the strap for the thumb doesn't align well on the other side; it sticks out unless at an odd angle. the wrist strap comes right over the wrist bone under the little finger and after time gets a bit uncomfortable. It would be better even 1/4 inch lower. However, the adjustability, and openness of the splint makes it almost unnoticeable. I will get a second to use when I was the other.

We recommend one of two things. (1) Place your thumb on top of that strap and then wrap the longer strap around the thumb to hold it in place. I needed to immobilize my wrist and thumb due to Gamers thumb for lack of knowing what I can think of calling it. The Brace I had was closed everywhere so it was very hot in my hand and wrist would get sweaty in the summer. I got this one so I could wear to give it a break.

This splint has been working great for my immobilized thumb. The customer service was also amazing as I had to call about a question I had. It was answered thoroughly and this thumb splint came exactly as pictured. Thank you!

I tried this and another standard thumb spica splint for de quervain’s. I am an OT and well versed in splints. I found this one to be great for thumb immobilization and overall comfort. It was easy to bend to better shape the curvature of my wrist and thumb base. I had to repeatedly adjust and shift the other basic thumb spica. I’m already feeling better after one day of use with this one!

Soft, lightweight and relieved much of my DeQuervain's discomfort. But the Velcro grip is weak and wears out after a few washings so I had to buy another one. Also agree with the thumb comments, unadjustable one-size-fits-all is too big for me and the weak Velcro wrap doesn't allow me to tighten it enough.

Super lightweight but provide reasonable support. Great for the hot weather. I am not able to adjust the support plate but still comfortable. I have another 2 braces from ER visit and specialist. Not as light as this one. Just day 1 for me. Will update few days later

The connecting fabric at the top is too small and constricts my thumb so it turns dark red and is extremely uncomfortable. I cut it out. Also, the velcro wears out at some point and doesn't stick requiring me to purchase new ones.

I have had many hand/thumb braces. Arthritis pain is so bad, I needed to isolate my wrist as well. It works and is comfortable. Also important, it removes quickly.

Very comfortable and adjustable for De Quervain's. Took awhile to get in to see a specialist so got this to rest and protect my thumb/wrist before seeing him and after getting high pain in the Finkelstein test. Doctor approved and said to keep up with it. He also gave me a cortisone injection, which has helped a lot also, so don't wear this instead of seeing someone.

I’ve tried so many wrist guards for my De Quervain Syndrome. This was the only wrist guard that didn’t pinch in weird places. Very comfortable. I love how open it is, don’t have any concern for sweating.

If you are looking for a very temporary product to do a great job, this is your brace. On the other hand, if you need long term, every day, all day long support then you will be disappointed with this one. I have mother's thumb and bought this brace to stave off surgery. It fits well and, when working properly does its job like a champ. BUT, even though the materials and foundational workmanship are great, the fastening velcro they use is insufficient to keep it working very long for someone like me who needs to wear it all day, every day. I've had lots of braces and this one fits the best and works best over all to stabilize the area. I just really wish the fastening design worked for more than the 2 weeks I've been using it.

Brace is not bulky compared to others, it is comfortable, as much as a brace can me, but supports the area it is designed for. There is no extra fabric that us unnecessary. Very happy with it.

Comfortable, light weight and adjustable. It can also be worn on either left or right side and the tightness can be adjusted, which is great. The splint is stiff enough to provide support for my wrist and thumb for de quervains. Highly recommend!!

I tried various splints and this one seemed to be the most comfortable- not cut off circulation- and my palm was free which I loved for washing hands. Obviously I can’t wash my entire hand but much better than the ones that cover your palm. Works great for mommy thumb/ dequervain's

It's a good product thought it wouldn't be very secure but it definitely is and it doesn't look all big and gaudy

I've ordered a few wrist braces for De Quervain's and most have been really bulky, with annoying velcro that gets stuck to everything, and straps that flap around. This is the first that is comfortable to wear all the time. I have really small hands and was skeptical that a one size fits all brace would work for me, but it is both lightweight and easy to put on, and still restrictive enough that I can't bend my wrist or thumb. The thumb part is also in a good position that allows for typing on the computer so you don't have to bend your arm awkwardly. So far the velcro is working well, but I've only had it for about a week. I highly recommend this product.

I have tried every brace out there. Even had PT make me a fitted brace and this brace by far is the best and most comfortable for De Quervain tenosynovitis.

Suffered with tenosynovitis in thumb off and on for a few years and most recent flare up was the worst!! Ordered this splint and received it very quickly- it’s been amazing! Lightweight - not bulky. Very supportive!! Love it! Highly recommend!!

Like this one better than other 3 braces I have. Stablizes thumb and wrist without covering so much of the rest of the hand.

Really holds thumb in place. Have been able to do light chores with brace on. Cannot do any without it.traighten “crooked fingers.” It's easy to apply and adjust to tolerance for optimal patient compliance.

A perfect lightweight, unobtrusive and comfortable alternative to the cumbersome brace that my doctor had given me for De Quervain's tenosynovitis. The thumb stay provides great stability and the brace only covers half of my wrist, allowing plenty of air to circulate. It fits well under most of my long sleeves. I have already recommended this item and seller to a friend and would do so again.

When I opened the package it looked like it was going to be a waste of money and time. But after opening it up and putting it on, it is AMAZING! I have a beefier brace for sleeping in but this one is perfect for wearing during the day at work. I am still able to type and write with out pain. It keeps my thumb and wrist in a good position where there is very little pain and a tremendous amount of support. Will buy again when needed. Super fast delivery also!

I love this brace. It is very firm, and protects the base of my thumb joint. My only complaint is that even though I went by measurements, the brace is too large for my wrist. The middle strap connects above the loop where the strap runs through. This will cause the brace to wear out quickly. I needed protection, so I am wearing it anyway. I may purchase a second brace in a smaller size....

I have mother’s thumb and this is exactly what you’ll need to prevent movement in your wrists and thumb. Highly recommend

Great help for De Quervain's after giving birth to my daughter! It was a better than another shorter brace I got somewhere else. The length worked well to prohibit me from moving my wrist too much and hurting more. My only complaint, like others have said, is that the velcro wore out. I don't think this is a major issue though because I am just ordering two more now. I was able to make it work for a little over 2 months by manipulating the straps in order for them to stay.

I really like the splint. I was worried that it would not keep my wrist in place but it does. It’s also a lot cooler to wear during the hot days. The thumb part can be a bit tight only because it has an elastic band that goes over the thumb.

My wife was diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis. This helps her out a lot. She has seen improvement when she wears this brace and does the required exercises & stretches. She told me it is comfortable, fits well, goes on and off really easy and you can wash it in the sink as well. You can mold the brace to contour of your hand. Well built and it looks nice too. It will not call any extra attention to you when you are wearing it.

I think that this is truly the best brace that I have found for my De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. You may need to slightly adjust the curve of the metal support so that it doesn't press on any painful areas, but once adjusted is very comfortable and effective. My only complaint would be that the Velcro did not last as long as I would have expected.

I like how light weight this brace is. I have seen much bulkier braces that are enclosed all the way around the arm and they get hotter and dirty fairly quickly. I have found this brace to hold my thumb and my wrist in place pretty well. Helpful

This is my third brace and I absolutely love it, so comfortable, and lightweight. Gives the most mobility to my fingers while keeping thumb stable.

I was diagnosed with DeQuervain's tenosynovitis, and of all the braces I tried, this was the best mix of effectiveness and comfort. And, after wearing the brace for long enough, my issue did heal up. The only problem with the brace was that the velcro wore out after a few weeks, such that it would come undone when I was doing everyday activities. I solved the problem by buying short strips of new velcro and using them to keep the straps secure. Ideally that wouldn't have been necessary, but I'm still giving the brace 4 stars because for how effective and comfortable it was, I was willing to put up with it.

My patient complained the prior brace was too big and made her hand go numb but this one was lighter and she could wear it without pain.

So far I like my new splint very much. It is lightweight and allows air flow, which a lot of the other braces I looked at did not. My wrist feel much better during the day when I wear it.

Have to wear them on both hands...these work great!

I got this splint after I broke my thumb and I’ve had it for about a week now! It has made a huge difference in the healing process! It’s comfortable, lightweight and a huge help! I’m glad it is since I’ll be wearing it for a while!

Comfortable and well made. Highly recommended. It takes a little time to get it adjusted correctly, but it is light weight, not sweaty, and I can still use the rest of my fingers and hand while wearing the brace and keeping my thumb and wrist immobilized.

Great thumb brace! It arrived rapidly direct from AMERICAN MAKER! It is one of the best braces for true proper alignment, comfort, immobilizaton while also ability to use your other fingers easily. I kinda dig the grey w/funky hi viz green cuz itz just a tiny amount. Velcro is not likely to last.. we'll see. I don't write reviews but this met my criteria of being worth buying.

This thing was uncomfortable as heck until I figured out that the metal piece can be bent at the wrist and thumb areas--a straight line is not good positioning for them! Once it was bent into the natural, relaxed shape of my thumb and wrist, it's pretty comfortable and works

This is a pretty good brace for De Quarvains. It does provide some movement of the thumb, so of you're looking for a spica brace that immobilizes the thumb completely, this is not the brace for you. This is fantastic for work or when you need better hand mobility, free fingers. It's comfortable to wear, light, and not too bulky. Would recommend.

I'm a computer programmer and I have to use a keyboard and mouse all day. This brace helped me heal and I no longer have this problem. I love the open palm and lightweight construction. I wish there was a strap that went low across the thumb joint like all the way to the wrist. I am so grateful that it comes in my size as I am a very small adult.

It fits my thin hand and helps me NOT use my thumb which is the biggest problem. It is not going to get better if I keep using my thumb.I got it today, 10 days after ordering, and immediately felt the difference, I got one for my left and plan on ordering one for my right to have it onhand.

I like the way the splint fits, but the fabric on the inside irritates and rubs my skin. Also it took a week for it to come, I had to use a substitute splint for that time, it would have been nice to have it come in a more timely manner.

I have a small hand and thin wrist. All other product won't fit exactly, but this splint does. I can have a tight support on my thumb, and the second wrist band is on a right spot. It works on both hands. I am VERY happy. Thank you.

Although I have only worn the brace for three days, it does offer significant protection for wrist with tendonitis. I believe that limiting the movement of my thumb has been very helpful in my particular case. My only concern is the longevity of the velcro. It does not appear to be as strong as in other braces I have tried.

I bought this for de Quervain's tenosynovitis. It was far more usable than any other I have used, including a custom made one. It has helped me enormously. My condition went away in fact, but its returned after three months. I think some people will have to wear braces long term while doing kitchen work, gardening, exercise etc, Thus is easy to keep clean, comfortable even at night, and firm enough to take care of the problem

I am ordering my second one, my right thumb is now getting relief, but I needed a second one for the left thumb. I am very please with how much this has helped. With having both thumbs needing this splint it is nice to not have hundred of dollars to spend.

Helps considerably with my DeQuervain's pain. I was concerned about the fit because I am very petite but it adjusts very well for a smaller wrist. Very happy with this splint! Great service as well.

I have dequervain's which is diagnosed by putting hand in a handshake position, tucking thumb and pulling fingers down--the brace does nothing to prevent the wrist moving laterally to the outside of the hand, which is what produces pain

I wear splints at night for my carpal tunnel. I started having problems with my thumb, so I decided to order this ThumSpica splint. Lightweight, soft, well made and takes care of both my problems. Glad I made this purchase.

I like this product very much for my problem.   I wish it was priced better, as adding cost of shipping is expensive when you’re a senior citizen like myself. I am happy that this is helping me with pain.

For a thumb and brace, it holds things very stable while still being soft to the touch. I truly can't bend my wrist or thumb, but it's still comfortable. I have a different one that's scratchy, so I do like this one.

This brace is comfortable and is really helping,and the fact it’s latex free is amazing.I highly recommend it.My one big disappointment is it is made in China instead of the USA. I hope production will come here. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more!

I can’t tell you how happy I was when this brace arrived! With this covid 19 closing Dr offices, my de Quervain’s went over 1 month getting inflamed. This brace gave me my life back, allowing movement of my 4 fingers while supporting my thumb and wrist. What relief! Thanks to ohmyarthritis for fast shipping and great communications.

The brace is easy to wear and works really well to keep your thumb and wrist in position and prevent overuse and further injury. The open design is great so I can still type easily (just use your other thumb to hit spacebar). However, make sure to adjust the bendable stay so it keeps your thumb and wrist in a natural position or else it'll aggravate your wrist injury. It's kind of hard to bend (good for the brace), so you may need help from someone uninjured. Also, fast shipping! Much appreciated.

Already had the CMC splint, which is awesome, but started having trouble with the wrist too. This splint let's me support my wrist without giving up all the support for my CMC pain. Win-win!! Self Treating my Gamekeeper's Thumb. Works great, washable and allows use of my fingers. Going to order a 2nd so that I always have a dry one(hot tub and shower).

I came right on time. I have skiers thumbs and need to wear braces at all times, so these splints are lifesavers. They are much lighter and smaller and more comfortable than standard splints. My only critique is the color, light grey, shows dirt instantly, black would be nice. Bottom line; get these ez fit thumspica braces if you want a more comfortable alternative.

The product works well and is exactly as described. The service was excellent. I ordered the product late Thursday afternoon and got it Monday. I had several emails letting me know how my order was being handled.

I have de Quervain’s in my wrist and will need surgery soon - this is the only brace that I can find that provides immediate and extended relief to the constant pain in my wrist. Great design and great price. Very happy with this purchase.

I sprained my thumb and had to get a spica splint. This one kept my thumb quiet and protected my thumb from further trauma. It allowed my palm and fingers to be free. Worked well for sleeping too..

I've only been wearing this a few days, but I'm already feeling improvement. It's good incentive to keep wearing it. The design is very good - velcro doesn't catch on things if you smooth it down.

I think your company does a very good job trying to make a good product, however if you suffer from De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis, the brace does not stop right lateral movement, which is the whole reason for having a brace other than the immobilizing the thumb.

We needed a splint small enough for our 10 year old who is small. This brace is able to tighten down small enough to securely support his unstable thumb joint.

Love that it’s washable and palm is open.. did the job!

I’ve had gamekeepers thumb for many years. Recently reinjured. Found this. It came quickly N manages the pain but let’s me use the hand(my dominant hand) n gray doesn’t get too dirty!!!!

This splint is rigid enough to prevent movement that aggravates De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. The straps are soft and comfortable. My physical therapist recommended it. Tthis is the 4th splint I’ve tried and by far the best.

This is so comfortable! It is not big and clunky like many. It is very well made and the straps have no sharp or hard edges. Most of the Velcro "sticky" side is covered so it does not snag my clothes. I absolutely love this one.

I am being treated for both Carpal Tunnel and de Quervain's. Found this and it is wonderful. I experienced immediate relief. The material is high quality and the brace is very comfortable. Will be reordering!

It wasn't enough protection for my thumb injury. However, the brace is well made, and if one needs thumb stability for a time, it allows one to use the rest of the fingers more freely.

Was diagnosed with De Quervain's tendonitis and have used this splint to alleviate some of the repetitive movements that irritate it and it works. Love that my palm is not covered, it's washable and the metal is adjustable. It was delivered pretty quickly...And it''s not bulky

I bought this to treat de Quervain's in my right wrist. I've tried 2 other braces purchased from a local pharmacy. Both were fine, but not great. I noticed a decrease in de-Q pain/discomfort within 2 hours of switching to this brace. This brace does 2 things the others do not: (1) it fully immobilizes my wrist so that I can't overextend and flare up the de Quervains, and (2) it's far easier to use my right hand for tasks like typing, probably because my 4 fingers are free, and because my thumb is so well stabilized, I don't run the risk of overextending and hurting myself.

Really keeps the thumb immobile. But because of the two straps, that part of the lower arm between the two straps can become slightly swollen if one is pulled too tightly. Otherwise, it does what it is supposed to do. Am very pleased.

So far it's working well. I wear it when working outside. I am a rancher. Durability remains to be seen.

This is a very comfortable splint for my condition tendinitis de quervain. Excellent material, soft and a lot cushion. I am happy with this splint after try several others.

Comfortable splint. Provides good stabilization of thumb cmc joint with good mobility of the ulnar side of the hand.

I am using for de Quervain’s Tenosynovitis and is very comfortable and light. All that I need for my conditions is immobilize my thumb and this splint do this job.

This brace is great for De Quervains syndrome - I tried to use a couple different other resting splints before these with no relief- these actually immobilize you’re wrist to be able to heal . Highly recommend!

I forgot to mention, that there are two loops for the middle of the thumb. One you adjust with a Velcro seal and the other is build in; you have to slide your thumb thru it in order to wear the splint . I found that too tight and I eventually cut it. It’s fine , since the adjustable one is still there . . .

This spica splint is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. I have De Quervain’s, so I’ve bought a lot. It immobilizes that area and it’s very comfortable. I would give it full stars.

My rheumatologist prescribed a " Spica splint" for my wrist at night for one month as a trial. I bought one locally; it was scratchy and the edges felt like hard plastic. The kick in the head? It cost $3.00 more than this FAR superior one! Holding the thumb still is important but you also want edges that don't hurt. BUY THIS SPLINT!!!! Go on - buy it!!!!
