FS6 Compression Foot Sleeve

These socks are pretty helpful, but I find them too binding after a time and have to remove them.

I am an active 78-yr-old, former backpacker, and have had plantar foot pain for the past 20 years. I have tried almost every treatment available; shots are the one thing that does not work at all. I am very pleased with the foot sleeve. At first, I used the foot sleeve for three nights in a row and each day I had less bottom-of-the-foot pain. Now, whenever I start having pain, I use it at night for the number of nights needed for pain relief. I don't use it during the day; seems too tight although not uncomfortable. I have pain in both feet, but with the sleeve and walking with my orthotics and hiking poles everyday, my feet stay relatively pain free and much more flexible. This treatment is the best I have found so far.

I wore the compression foot sleeve every night for about a month and when I exercised. It really helped my plantar fasciitis. It no longer hurts when I get out of bed in the morning and I dont have the stabbing, burning pain at the bottom of my foot.

Disappointed. I was really hoping that these would provide some relief for my excruciating planter fasciitis. Unfortunately, I felt no relief at all. They felt good when they were on (or maybe it was in my mind) but really did nothing to relieve pain. the pain level of my planter fasciitis has not decreased that all, and I have been wearing them for about two weeks now

The first few times I wore them overnight they ground my bones together in my feet and ankles and didn't have any discernible effect on my plantar fasciitis. So I started tugging on them and adjusting them a bit and that did make the tightness better (they are still very binding). After wearing them every night for a week I did start seeing a difference with the pain of my PF. Now I find that if I don't wear them I have pain the next day. So in the end, very useful and effective

Have been suffering from plantar fasciitis off and on for over ten years. Sports sock and shoes with good arch support help some. Bought these hoping to get some relief. So far so good as the compression seems to help. Don't expect to be cured 100% though as this is an unreasonable expectation (unless your problems is minor maybe). I'd recommend them to other plantar fasciitis sufferers though.

I bought the foot sleeves with hopes of easing plantar fasciitis pain while running and subsequent pain throughout my workday...I initially bought two pair which I alternate daily...the socks do provide support for arch and heal pain if suffering from plantar fasciitis. I wear the sleeves daily and most nights.
I don't feel the sleeves are a magic bullet but do feel they have helped and I will continue to wear them along with icing, stretching, and inserts...or until I hear of something better
 

I bought these before a vacation that I knew would involve a lot of walking. I wore them everyday and did not have any problems with my feet hurting. I am getting ready to purchase another pair so that I can wear them more often without the need to wash every night. I would recommend these to anyone with heel pain or arch pain.

Almost immediately after putting on the sock I felt relief from my plantar fasciities. If you purchase these for plantar fasciities you will still need to do your excises and take Aleve. But they really do help reduce the the pain in your arch and heel.
