Oh My Arthritis strives to provide safe, well designed and quality manufactured products. We guarantee our products are new and free from damage and manufacturing defects upon receipt.

Our complete line of 3-Point Product braces/splints are registered with the FDA as Class I medical products and meet the FDA requirement to include instructions, precautions and company information with each package.

We have a limited number of online resellers who are authorized to sell our products.  If you receive a product without the trusted 3-Point Products(3pp) branding and it isn’t delivered as a brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item with wear and care instructions included, you may be purchasing from an “unauthorized” reseller or receiving a “counterfeit” product.

Purchasing from an unauthorized reseller may void the product warranty as we are unable to guarantee the authenticity, quality or condition of the item you received.

Upon our review, if it has been determined that you have received a defective product, we will be happy to provide you with either a replacement product or a full refund of the product purchase price.
