Application: Apply generously 3 to 4 times daily or more if needed. Massage over and around the affected area until absorbed. Use before and after workouts. Apply before bedtime and in the morning for ease of motion at the start of your day.

Can I use this on my swollen knee?
Topricin helps reduce swelling caused by knee strain or arthritis. Topricin can be rubbed into sore joints before putting on compression sleeves such as the KS7 knee sleeve.

Is this an anti-inflammatory or just a pain reliever?
Topricin is formulated as a transdermal (a skin penetrating formula that absorbs into the tissues under and around the area of application) pain relief cream. It acts by increasing blood flow and helping to clear out toxins. With pain relief often comes greater motion and that motion can act to reduce swelling and inflammation. This is not a medication but is very effective for the relief of localized pain.
Can I use Topricin if I am on medication?
It's best to check with your health care provider if you are concerned about how these ingredients might react with your medications or medical history.
Do I have to wash my hands after I apply it?
Though Topricin does not contain menthol or capsaicin that can irritate your eyes, we do recommend washing hands after applying.
I have pain from tightness in the IT band along the side of my leg. Will this help?
One of our Oh My Arthritis team members has used this for some time to help decrease the pain caused by IT band tightness. It is useful before stretching to make it easier to get a good stretch and after to relieve any increase in pain from the exercise.
Can I use this on my hands and feet?
It is very effective in small amounts to decrease pain from arthritis, thumb pain and even plantar fasciitis. Rub it into your arches and around the Achilles tendon (back of your ankle). Topricin is also reported to be help relieve symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
How often can I apply the Topricin?
The recommendation is to apply Topricin 3 to 4 times a day.
Does Topricin have any side effects?
Topricin Pain Relief Cream has a low risk of any side effects when used as directed. It can be safely used if you are taking medications, herbs or supplements. If you have concerns about how you might react, try it on a small area first and wait a few hours to make certain you have no skin reaction. If redness or itchiness occur, discontinue use.
